Tuca Almeida, 15, was shot to death in Jaboatão do Guararapes, Pernambuco. The crime took place last Thursday (30), according to the military police.
The teenager became known for having participated in one of the editions of The Voice Kids in 2018. At that time, the young man was 13 years old.
According to the military police, Tuca was the target of 15 shots. In a statement, civilian police said the young man was shot while he was in a business establishment, where six hooded men were shooting in.
“They were allegedly looking for the victim’s brother-in-law, who was on the scene accompanying the young man and managed to escape. This brother-in-law, due to initial investigations, is a prisoner released as a measure to prevent the spread of Covid-19 in the prison system, “said the Civil Police in the text.
