The former president of Bolivia, Evo Morales will leave Argentina and return to his country this Monday (9), reports the Bolivian press.
Morales, 61, plans cross the border by land this Monday morning, in a caravan of 800 cars, which will travel 1,000 km to Cochabamba. The trip should last up to three days.
Morales returns to his country the day after Luis Arce takes office as the new president of Bolivia.

Morales resigned from the presidency on November 10, 2019, after losing the support of the armed forces. The next day he traveled to Mexico and weeks later, in December, he took refuge in Argentina.
During the 11 months that he lived in Argentina, Morales wrote a book entitled “We will return and we will be millions,” in which he gives his version of the recent history of Bolivia.
