Ministry says it reported on the event
The Ministry of Health said, in a note, informed the government of Ceará, on September 3, about the event Actions of Education for Health in Defense of Life.

The state decree in force in Ceará prohibits the holding of any event in the state to prevent crowds during the Covid-19 pandemic.
A state government stipulation states that events will be allowed from September 14, as long as they are limited to 100 people.
The law that determines the use of masks in public and private spaces of the state was also passed. In case of non-compliance, the fine is R $ 100 per individual. If a company accommodates people without masks, the fine varies from R $ 300 to R $ 1,000, depending on the size of the company.
