Entrepreneurs can now apply for interest-free loans at Banestes

Individual microentrepreneurs (MEI) and independent workers in Espírito Santo who have suffered the financial impacts of the coronavirus can now apply for a loan of up to R $ 5,000 from Banestes, starting this Wednesday (22). The bank announced that the process of attracting proposals to contract lines of credit for the payment of wages is also open.

The available lines are the Covid-19 Emergency Microcredit, for MEIs and self-employed, which will have zero interest and can be paid in 18 months, with a six-month grace period; and the Covid-19 Emergency Working Capital line, exclusively for the payment of wages, which can reach R $ 31 thousand. The loans have an additional guarantee from the Aval Bandes Fund. The Fund will have up to R $ 100 million to subsidize the financing of projects of different sizes and segments.

Those who qualify for the Covid-19 emergency microcredit (see criteria below) should contact the Nossocredit Program Credit Agent in their municipalities. Contacts are available at www.aderes.es.gov.br/nossocredito. The information will be sent by these agents to Banestes. The bank indicates that the population therefore, you should not look for Banestes branches for the initial step of hiring this line of credit.

To begin the process of capturing the Covid-19 Emergency Working Capital line, intended exclusively to finance up to three corporate payrolls, interested parties should contact the Banestes service network.

All requests for credit proposals for both lines will go through the conventional analysis processes stipulated by the Banestes Credit Policy. According to the bank, the client will have the credit granted if he meets all the established requirements and falls within the credit analysis.

EMERGENCY MICROCREDIT COVID-19

  • Individual microentrepreneurs (MEI), whose annual gross operating income does not exceed the limit defined in the National Statute of Micro-enterprises and Small Enterprises – currently R $ 81 thousand / year;
  • Independent workers who are duly registered with the competent municipal body or who are individual contributors to Social Security, whose annual gross operating income does not exceed R $ 81 thousand / year;
  • The agricultural cooperatives of Capixaba and the associations of small family farmers, associations and colonies of fishermen, shellfish gatherers and the like, as well as professional fishermen and artisanal farmer associations, which are registered in the National Registry of Family Agriculture – CAF or Declaration Aptitude for Pronaf – Legal DAP until CAF has completed its implementation;
  • Family farmers union, if financed.
  • CHARACTERISTICS
  • Value: up to R $ 5,000, depending on the client’s needs and profile.
  • Maximum number of installments: up to 18 installments.
  • Grace period: up to 06 months, free of charge.
  • Maximum total term of the operation: up to 24 months.
  • CAC: exempt.
  • Interest rate: 0.0% (zero).
  • It does not allow renewal, renegotiation, extension and renegotiation.
  • The product can be hired for the duration of Decree No. 4593-R of 03/13/2020 – EN – which declares “Public Health Emergency in the State of Espírito Santo due to the coronavirus outbreak (COVID-19)”.
  • CRITERIA

  • You have not been late for more than 60 days in the last 12 months with Banestes.

EMERGENCY WORKING CAPITAL COVID-19

  • TARGET AUDIENCES
  • Micro-enterprises (ME), Small companies (PPE), Family agricultural cooperatives in Espírito Santo, Union of family farmers and associations of small family farmers, Associations and colonies of fishermen, shellfish gatherers and the like, Associations of professional artisanal fishermen and Associations of fish farmers .
  • CHARACTERISTICS
  • Value: up to R $ 31,500.
  • Term: up to 48 months.
  • Grace period: up to 06 months, free of charge.
  • CAC: Exempt.
  • Rate: CDI.
  • It does not allow renewal, renegotiation, extension and renegotiation.
  • The product can be hired for the duration of Decree No. 4593-R of 03/13/2020 – EN – which declares “Public Health Emergency in the State of Espírito Santo due to the coronavirus outbreak (COVID-19)”.
