These are the instructions for the registration image:
- show the participant’s full face
- to be up to date
- be sharp (with good lighting and focus)
- be individual (only the registered candidate must present)
- colorful (black and white photographs will not be accepted)
- have white background
- be in JPEG or PNG formats
- sea 2 MB maximum size
Enem candidates must register their registration photo until this Thursday, October 1
Inep says that images with sunglasses, hat, cap, visor, hat and any similar object will not be accepted. PDF files will also be discarded. Inep and the Ministry of Education (MEC) state that they do not validate the photo, that is, the student is responsible for the image sent, which will be canceled if it does not meet the requirements.

Enem in January and February
The tests will be applied in January and February for 5.8 million registrants. According to the Inep, 5.7 million will take the printed test and 96 thousand, the digital one.
It is the first edition of Enem to offer both types of tests. The idea of the Ministry of Education (MEC) is to make Enem totally digital by 2026.
Scheduled for November, Enem 2020 was postponed after pressure from students and parliamentarians due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
The current schedule foresees:
- Printed evidence: January 17 and 24, for 5.7 million subscribers
- Digital proof: January 31 and February 7, for 96 thousand subscribers
- New test request: February 24 and 25 (for people affected by any structural problem)
- Results: from March 29
Candidates must wear masks during the exam, a measure to prevent the spread of the new coronavirus.
