Emergency help blocked? See how to dispute

[ad_1]

The Federal Government once again established new deadlines to challenge the emergency help for beneficiaries whose benefit was canceled.

This week, Dataprev (Social Security Information and Technology Company) began receiving requests to review the benefit. It is necessary for the beneficiary to be attentive to the dates, since the request can be made until the end of this week, on December 18.

Who can dispute the request?

In this first group are those who received amounts related to the extension, which are four installments of R $ 300 that have gone through the review of the cadastral situation.

Among the reasons for cancellations is the discharge from a job, those who began to receive aid or social security benefits, or even died.

To verify the reason for the benefit lock, the person must schedule an appointment through the Dataprev website. When entering personal data, a message will be issued about the reason for the government’s decision.

How to request the dispute?

The challenge can be done through the Dataprev website. To request a review of the benefit, it is not necessary for the person to go to the Caixa offices, lottery offices or CadÚnico service stations, only access the Dataprev website, where the entire application process can be carried out.

In this way, the government will check if there has been a change in the situation of those who requested the benefit.

In addition, the government reported that the second situation to be analyzed is that of the beneficiaries to whom the R $ 600 aid was canceled due to signs of irregularities identified by the control bodies. For this group, the challenge period extends until the 20th of this month.

Those who were not deemed eligible for the emergency aid extension can challenge the decision between December 17 and December 26.

Citizens registered in Bolsa Família will also have a new deadline to challenge the decision, however, this request will be available on the 20th and ends on the 29th, according to the government calendar.
