Dataprev, a public company responsible for identifying who is entitled to receive R $ 600 emergency aid, reported that, until April 30, 96.9 million CPF that have already been analyzed and sent to Caixa Econômica Federal, 50.52 million met the criteria of the law and was considered eligible to receive the benefit, that is, 52.1% of the total.
Others 32.77 million are not eligible and cannot receive help (33.8%)and 13.67 million (14.1%) they are classified as inconclusive, that is, they must be complemented in the records. Compared to the previous balance published by Dataprev, there was a 2.1 percentage point decrease in the order approval rate and a 2.6 percentage point increase in the disapproval rate.
The numerical survey includes the three groups entitled to assistance: individual micro-entrepreneurs (MEI), individual taxpayers (CI) and informal workers (Group 1); registered in the Single Registry and benefited by the Bolsa Familia Program (Group 2); and enrolled in CadÚnico and not benefited by the cash transfer program (Group 3).
The analysis of the 50.5 million classified as eligible refers to the registrations made between April 7 and 22.
The group with higher approval rating is who is Single registry and beneficiaries of the Bolsa Familia Program – 96.5% of the total. In the group of those in the Single Registry and is not a beneficiary of the Bolsa Familia Program the index of exclusion It is 66.35% of the total. - Eligible CPF: 19.2 million (96.5% of the total)
- Ineligible CPF: 0.7 million (3.5% of the total)
GROUP 3 – (Sole Registry and non-beneficiaries of the Bolsa Familia Program)
- Registrations received: 32.1 million
- Records processed: 32.1 million (100%)
- Eligible CPF: 10.8 million (33.64% of the total)
- Ineligible CPF: 21.3 million (66.35% of the total)
According to Caixa, people registered in the Single Registry who do not meet the criteria of the law and do not agree with the analysis can submit a new application through the Caixa application and portal. The measure also applies to the requirements of informal workers.
97.7% of completed orders
On Thursday, Dataprev reached 97.7% of completion of the processing and analysis of the requirements made in the Caixa application and in the portal ayudaio.caixa.gov.br (Group 1). Of the 46 million requests, the company transmitted the result of 44.9 million to the bank, after approval by the Ministry of Citizenship. Registrations are for the period from April 7 to 22 and the last batch of information was sent on Wednesday (29), with 4 million. The rest was sent in several batches to the institution.
Currently, 2.3% of the total of Group 1 is in an additional process. There are 1.04 million applications: 38,000 registrations completed between April 7-10; 1 thousand, from April 11 to 17; and 1 million, from April 18 to 22, lot received last week.
Since the beginning of the process to indicate the recognition of the right to assistance, which began on April 3, 97 million registrations have passed through the Dataprev conference systems and have been approved by the Ministry of Citizenship, including the three groups ( Informal, Bolsa Família and Unique Registry).
The processing of applications submitted between April 23 and 30 is expected to be completed next week through the application and the Caixa portal (Group 1).
R $ 35.5 billion paid to 50 million
Caixa Econômica Federal reported that, since April 9, when the payment of Emergency Aid of R $ 600 began, until 9:00 am on Friday (1), it has already credited R $ 35.5 billion to 50 million Brazilians
Among those registered through the application and the website, there are 20.3 million people, for a total of R $ 13.3 billion. Those registered in Bolsa Família total 19.2 million people who received R $ 15.2 billion. Those in the Single Registry total 10.5 million that received R $ 7 billion.
So far, 50.2 million people have completed registration on the website and the application, through which informal, freelance, unemployed and MEI applicants can apply for the benefit.
The website ayudaio.caixa.gov.br exceeded 566.4 million visits and the exclusive central 111 registered 110.8 million calls. The Caixa Emergency Aid application has already reached 71.9 million downloads and the Caixa TEM application, for the digital savings movement, exceeds 71.7 million downloads.
Payment calendar
There are three different payment schedules:
- one for those who signed up for emergency help through the application or the program website;
- a second for beneficiaries who receive Bolsa Família;
- and a third for those enrolled in the Unique registry that does not receive Bolsa Familia and women heads of household.
For those who are going to receive through Caixa’s digital social savings, cash withdrawals began to be released starting on the 27th. However, before that, funds can be transferred digitally (See the cash withdrawal schedule at the end of this report.)
