Citizens who requested emergency assistance from the Federal Government have one more tool to check the status of their requirements. In addition to the Caixa portal and application, Brazilians will be able to follow, from this Tuesday (5.05), their orders through the following addresses: www.cidadania.gov.br/consultaauxilio and https://consultaauxilio.dataprev.gov.br. The portal is now live and available for CPF searches of applicants. The objective is to make the procedure of analysis, processing, approval and payment of the benefit transparent.

The website was designed for a better user experience and has a simple interface. Applicants will be able to follow all the details of the requests, such as: results, dates of reception and sending of data by Caixa to Dataprev and vice versa, in addition to the reason for the denial of the benefit. The analysis of the second request can also be verified.

Dataprev provided a technological infrastructure of more than 45 virtual and physical servers to guarantee the stability of the query platform. Last weekend, 1,000 pages per second were recorded. The portal will be evaluated daily to monitor the growth in access demand. The tool will be constantly monitored and improved to serve citizens.

On Monday night (4.05), Dataprev activated the query page for the tests and more than 500 thousand accesses were recorded.
