According to the investigation, José Maria da Costa Júnior is the driver of the Hyundai Tucson that ran over Marina, the cyclist who was pedaling on Avenida Paulo VI, in the Sumaré region, in São Paulo. A motorcyclist, who was at the scene and saw the accident, followed the vehicle and noted the license plate.

The police located the car that hit Marina in the early hours of Tuesday (10). It was inside a parking lot in the center of the city. The front windshield was smashed by the impact of a run over.

According to the employees of the establishment, the owner of the car is Costa Júnior, who lives in a neighboring building. The police even went to the apartment he was renting, but the property was abandoned. A portion of marijuana was seized at the scene.
