The counting of the votes of the election for the São Paulo City Council has only just begun and the election has already become a meme. From the end of the vote, at 5 pm, until 7:18 pm, only 0.39% of the votes were counted in the capital of São Paulo.

Elections in the United States are based on an electoral college system.
