The municipal decree that places Barbacena in the Red Ola de Minas Consciente program, created to guide economic activities in the fight against Covid-19, was published in the municipal electronic newspaper. The new rule will go into effect on December 25.
According to the new decree:
– In the month of December, non-essential services can operate in their normal hours;
– Industries operate in their regular hours;
– Supermarkets from Monday to Saturday, from 8 am to 9 pm;
– Mini-markets, butchers, grocery stores, warehouses and fruit and vegetable products from Monday to Saturday from 8 am to 9 pm; Sunday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
– bakeries operate on their regular hours;
– Pharmacies, drug stores, medical and veterinary clinics operate at their normal hours;
– the retailer and wholesaler can operate on Saturdays (12/26), from 8 a.m. the following week, from the 28th (Monday) to 12/31, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Hygiene protocols must be respected, such as the use of a mask inside the store, the use of alcohol gel and the control of access by people. The point of commerce must also adopt a priority schedule to serve people over 60 years of age.
The distance between consumers must be 10 square meters.
Any entertainment is prohibited in the establishments as of December 25, such as geek, snooker, table football, chess, among others.
PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES – according to the Decree the carrying out of some activities is prohibited:
– Driver training;
– beauty and aesthetic salons;
– curricular and extracurricular education;
– sports activities, social clubs and fitness activities;
– travel agency and reservation services;
– recreational and leisure activities;
PARTIES – the decree prohibits parties until December 31, it also prohibits the rental of real estate for private events.
BARS, RESTAURANTS, TRAILLERS and SIMILARS – opening hours are from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., with tolerance to close the account for 30 minutes.
– The consumption of food or drinks standing up is not allowed in the establishments;
– minimum distance of two meters between tables;
– maximum capacity of 20% of the site’s capacity;
– The placement of tables on the sidewalks is prohibited;
– use of disposable cups and utensils;
– The sale of alcoholic beverages for consumption within the establishment or even in its vicinity is prohibited;
CHURCHES AND RELIGIOUS TEMPLES
– maximum capacity of 20% of its seating capacity, limited to a maximum of 100 people;
– minimum distance of 2 meters between people;
– maximum duration of services and celebrations of 45 minutes;
SANCTIONS
– repeating the previous decree, when the city was in the yellow wave, the sanctions start with a warning and can lead to monetary fines. There is also a provision to prohibit the establishment and even the loss of your business license.
