Days Gone celebrates a year of life today.

It was April 26, 2019 when the exclusive PlayStation 4 hit the stores and introduced you to a new intellectual property, developed by the same studio as the Siphon Filter.

Instead of betting on a new game in this series, Sony Bend Studios chose to develop a new universe, in which you are transported to a post-apocalyptic future.

In Days Gone, Deacon St. John is a man who lost his wife and lives with his best friend riding his motorcycle through what remains of a society attacked by creatures that kill any human in front of them.

With a strong focus on history and bringing that element to the fore, this action-adventure, open-world experience features Deacon’s bike-centric mechanics and various optional challenges.

Throughout this year, players explored this world and discovered a variety of characters, dramas, and intense moments that made them follow Deacon’s journey to the end.

To celebrate the date, Bend Studios shared An image where you can see various statistics about Days Gone.

Among the numbers are hours played, money spent repairing the bike, missions accomplished, photos taken, and other information, such as beaten hordes or won trophies.

It’s a time when Bend Studios also takes the opportunity to thank everyone who played Days Gone:

In addition to the Days Gone anniversary, information was found that again suggests the return of this property.

Days Gone 2 could turn out to be a huge possibility as Bend Studio is already working on a full-scale game for PS5, the next-gen console that Sony will release later this year.

Currently, the studio is looking for several people to participate in the development of this new game and one of the job offers practically confirms that it is a PS5 game because it is looking for an audio programmer capable of working with 3D audio. This will be one of the most important aspects on PS5.

Also, thanks to PushSquare, Bend Studios is still looking for an artist capable of more ambitious animations and capable of realistic face and body deformations.
