Grêmio kept some players and lost 3-1 to Atlético-MG this Saturday, in Mineirão, for the 12th day of Brasileirão. The loss for the competition leader was digested by a sincere David Braz in the post-match interview.
When leaving the field, the tricolor captain of the night recognized the merits of Jorge Sampaoli’s team. The defender also said that Grêmio suffered the third goal when he was superior in the second half and that mistakes must be taken as learning.
– We knew it was going to be difficult. We face the leader. Job very well done by Sampaoli. We ended up scoring the best goal in the second half. Patience. Is learning. We face a great team. You have to give your opponent credit – says David Braz.

In his analysis, the defender cited the good time experienced by Atlético-MG and also the rival’s longest rest period. El Gallo disputes only the Brazilian Championship, while Grêmio participates in the Libertadores.
