RIO – The mayor of Rio, Marcelo Crivella, announced, this Thursday morning, the new flexibility measures in the plan to resume activities during the new coronavirus pandemic. The municipality is now in the phase convened by the 6B prefecture. In it, bathers in the sand of the municipality’s beaches are still prohibited – although the measure is disrespected by the population – and one of the changes is the permission for live music in bars and restaurants. However, the dance floor is still banned. Nightclubs, samba circles and samba schools remain closed. See below what you can and cannot in the city from now on.
