HE Corinthians live the worst start for Brasileirão since 2012. With five games, there are two losses, two draws and a single victory. And it is to improve tactical and mathematical performance that Timão enters the field this Wednesday, at 7.15pm (from Brasilia), to face Goiás, for the seventh round, in Goiânia.
The low score, just five points, gives the club the same 33.3% lead so far as Goiás. Timão, however, has one game less, against Atlético-GO, which will be played on September 30. . The three of them flirt with the bottom of the table and start to walk away from the upper squad.
Tiago Nunes went on to say that the low score is cause for concern. In the cut of the decade (as of 2011), it is the second worst start for the club’s Brasileirão.
