Corinthians were superior and had the highest number of scoring chances on Sunday night in Florianópolis, but failed to score zero in the first leg of the Brazilian women’s final. Even with the good performance of the attack, the team lost the chances of scoring and came out with a 0 to 0 from Ressacada.
The result means that Timão only needs a simple victory to claim the national title in the second leg. The duel is only scheduled for December 6, at Neo Química Arena. The next ten days will be from Date-FIFA.

First time

Second time
The Corinthians team returned to the final stage looking to lighten the team on the court. Grazi stopped mounting both for the attack and retreated to the frame in an attempt to push Avai back again. The hosts, however, took a chance on the counterattack and almost opened the scoring with a strong kick from Lelê, defended by his namesake.
Arthur Elias then decided to give more speed to the attack, sending Gabi Nunes and Victoria Albuquerque to the places of Grazi and Yasmim, leaving Tamires to make the left side of the team.
The team was slow to get going, but after 30 minutes, he became the owner of the game. Vic called for responsibility and became Adriana from that phase of the game, dribbling the opponents and breaking the opponent’s lines.
Timão set a strong pace in the final minutes and saw Gabi Portilho win several in the individual duel on the right. The last one at the crossing left for Adriana inside the area. The forward dominated and kicked hard, but was caught at the last minute by the mark.
