The arrival of Corinthians to Juazeiro do Norte, in Ceará, caused a crowd of people to cheer on the cast at the beginning of the second leg of the trip to Salgueiro, in Pernambuco. Images obtained by Meu Timão show Corinthians fans singing the club’s anthem as the travel buses begin their journey.

The crowd seems to gather a hundred fans, most wearing a mask. The first vehicle has Vagner Mancini on the second floor, in the front seat, the technician being the first to be greeted by the public.

The second, in which there seem to be more athletes, is the one that makes the fans come over to say hello. Some shout for the name of Cazares, but the midfielder cannot be seen in the images.

The stop in Juazeiro do Norte is only half of the trip made by the delegation for the match between Corinthians and Salgueiro, at 9:30 p.m. (Brasilia time), on Wednesday, for the first phase of the Copa do Brasil.

After taking a plane from São Paulo to the city of Ceará, Corinthians will face a journey of about 120 km, with a two-hour forecast for the journey to be made in vehicles.

The squad must arrive in the city of Pernambuco at night and, on Tuesday, they will train at the Cornélio de Barros Muniz Stadium, the scene of Wednesday’s game. A draw will be enough for Timão to advance.
