In a video posted by CorinthiansInterim coach Dyego Coelho spoke about his current tenure at the head of the team and stressed that “he does not feel he owns the CT or the club.”

One of the reasons that got Tiago Nunes out of stability in Timão was precisely the excess of internal rules.

– The command with the 27 players, 30, if I’m not mistaken, of enormous potential. We have some situations. We cannot treat all players the same, all players must be treated differently. They get away with it. This is what we are trying to convey: give everyone attention – said Coelho, when asked about the development of the cast, in a video on Corinthians TV.

– Let it be clear: being a commander is not owning the CT or the club. You must trust the people around you. Players must trust people. We need to understand that Corinthians is bigger than everyone. The way to send is with a lot of collaboration. It is with a lot of dedication, really, treating the players with respect. You are being respected. Understand that there is a commander here, but if everyone likes this guy, the club has a better win situation. They believe me, I believe them. They are my friends. My family is here.
