In the note signed by the owner, Abrahim Hamza, the company states that it deeply regrets what happened, but did not make clear the future actions for a possible refund or comment on the demolition of the building, scheduled for this week by the Betim City Council. after the completion of an inspection.

The construction company reported that “it filed a lawsuit in advance of the tests, with the aim of investigating the events that occurred, thus requiring the appointment of a Judicial Expert, so that technically he can clarify the cause of the fall, and also determine the best way” . demolition, with the objective of security, and mainly, to avoid the loss of human life and protect the families involved “.

The construction company says that it will seek, through forensic experts, the reasons and those responsible “that gave rise to all the misfortune” and that it understands that there were disturbances to the families around the building.

“The company sincerely apologizes to all the residents located around the building, to the buyers and to the entire population of Betin, and cordially thanks the Betim City Council for everything it is doing in favor of the affected residents,” the note says. .

The construction company highlighted the actions of the Municipality of Betim to seek to solve the problem, making the correct isolation of the place “to safeguard the lives of neighboring residents” and that the administration “has been trying to alleviate the problems and solve the problems of the population that lives”. around the building, being certain that the actions of the City Council were fundamental to solve the problems ”.

Finally, the note emphasizes that there was no loss of human life, “the tragedy being only of a material nature.”
