The National Advertising Self-Regulation Council (Conar) opened an ethical representation against the actions of singer Gusttavo Lima, during the announcements of Ambev, the beer sponsor.
According to Conar, the representation was opened after complaints from consumers, who considered the advertising actions exaggerated. “The complaint mentions the lack of a mechanism to restrict access to content from the lives of minors and the repeated presentation of beer ingestion.”

Conar also recalled that advertising must respect the principles of commercial communication. “The investment of singers in lives, full of sponsorships, is a reflection of the moment in which society lives.
