Complaint against Flávio Bolsonaro indicates that the militiaman Adriano was part of the ‘cracked’ scheme | Rio de Janeiro

According to the investigation, in 2007, the year in which the then state deputy Flávio Bolsonaro hired Fabrício Queiroz as a parliamentary adviser, under house arrest, designated as the operator of the scheme, Flávio appointed Danielle Mendonça da Costa, wife of former Prime Minister Adriano.

Accused of commanding an extermination group and having a connection to the militia in Rio, Adriano was assassinated in Bahia in February this year, in exchange for shooting with the police.

And in 2015, Adriano’s mother, Raimunda Veras Magalhães, also became a parliamentary adviser to Flávio Bolsonaro.

The Public Ministry affirms that the two were paid, but they were ghosts, they did not show up at the office. It also says that Raimunda, in fact, owned the pizzerias that she ran.

The pizzerias were modest and still, according to the researchers, were used to move some of the money diverted from Alerj.

The values, the investigation says, left the restaurants and went directly into Queiroz’s accounts, deposits or bank transfers.

In addition, investigators found that the former policeman, through his mother and wife, transferred another 400 thousand reais to Queiroz, accused of being Flávio’s operator.

The final MP bill is even greater: the investigators maintain that, considering the entire period of activity of Adriano’s wife and mother, between 2007 and 2018, R $ 1,029,042.48 was diverted to the criminal organization.

Although he has never been appointed to positions in Alerj, the Public Ministry considers that Adriano da Nóbrega was also part of the executive nucleus of the criminal organization. Because, according to the complaint, he had a close relationship with Queiroz and Flávio.

According to the MP, therefore, Adriano managed to have his mother and wife hired as ghost consultants, under the commitment to return part of their salary.

The defense of Flávio Bolsonaro stated that the senator did not commit irregularities, that he is unaware of alleged financial transactions between former Alerj employees and that the facts will be clarified at the appropriate time and place.

Fabrício Queiroz’s defense said that the charges do not correspond to the truth, which, according to him, will be proven in the judicial defense.
