RESIDENTS WERE WITHOUT WATER
Carina Oliveira Santos, a resident of the condo, says the episode could have been prevented. He lives in front of one of the buildings where the water tank fell and says that the neighbors have been without water since December 18.
“Since the 18th we have been making complaints about the lack of water here in the condominium. No action was taken and today it was due to the lack of importance that they gave to our complaints. We looked and saw the boxes swinging. It is a situation that has already been announced. Now we can’t even go near to pick up a document, a suit. Many people have nowhere to go, ”he complains.
Another resident says that the apartment where he lived with his children was completely filled with water. “It has just been delivered. Full of bureaucracy for us to receive it, for this tragedy to happen now. My children were at home, and they came running. The children’s room was filled with water. My apartment was affected, there is no way to get back there. ” Shirley Jane said.
