THE State traffic department informs stakeholders of the inscriptions from selection to filling 4,500 jobs in the second phase of the CNH Social program in 2020. Those interested may participate until tomorrow, Wednesday, October 7.
The program launched by DETRAN will allow:
- first free license in the state in categories A (motorcycle) or B (automobile);
- category A or B addition (for those who are already qualified); Y
- for those who are already qualified, and category change to D (van, minibus, bus) or E (truck and trailer).
To participate, those interested must have an active registration in the Unique Registry of Social Programs of the Federal Government (CadÚnico) launched in the National Base until August 14. Registrations can be made through the Detran ES.
Conditions to participate
The criteria, in addition to being in CadÚnico, are:

- lower per capita income;
- greater number of components in the family group;
- Complete primary education;
- beneficiary of Bolsa Família and
- date and time of registration.
According to the instruction published in the Official Gazette, the final result with those approved will be announced on October 13, on the DMV website. The program will also have a reserve candidate list that will be convened on November 16.
Approximately 2,500 people have already been selected in the first phase of the 2020 program. Those approved will receive free training to obtain the CNH.
The agency expects that, by 2022, it plans to provide 25,000 free driver’s licenses in the state.
“Our goal is to offer qualified and professional training to those who need it most, facilitating entry into the labor market,” said the governor.
