The author of the film is Alexandre Molina dos Santos, entered in 2001 in the Municipal Guard. The colleague who appears removing the pamphlets in this and other films is Roberto Figueiredo da Silva, known as Betinho Jaé, who has been in the Municipal Guard since 1999. In his social networks, Molina presents himself as a supporter of Paes and says that he is being persecuted by Crivella Management. Roberto, in turn, published photos on the networks together with federal deputy Pedro Paulo, an ally of Paes, who ran for succession in 2016, in the elections won by Crivella. For GLOBO, Molina denied that Paes had knowledge of the action to collect Crivella’s pamphlets, and said that the videos were sent to a group of municipal employees from different areas, including Health and Education, who would feel uncomfortable with the disseminated material. by the mayor. The brochures falsely accused Paes of working to implement a supposed “gay kit” in schools, the existence of which was already denied in the last elections by the Superior Electoral Court (TSE).
