Cicero on the Ibope investigation: “People are getting our message”

“Joy, serenity and confidence”. These were the words used this afternoon (05) by the candidate of the Progressives for the Municipality of João Pessoa, Cícero Lucena, to define how he received the Ibope numbers for the 2020 elections in the capital.

Cícero thanked the trust of those consulted by the research institute who expressed the desire to see the caboclinho return to the municipal executive. “It is good to realize that the population is understanding the message of hope that we are bringing to the city that it needs an administrator prepared to carry out efficient and humane management in the post-pandemic,” he said.

The Ibope survey indicates the following percentages of voting intentions for the João Pessoa City Council in the 2020 elections: Cícero Lucena (PP): 18%, Nilvan Ferreira (MDB): 15%, Ricardo Coutinho (PSB): 12% , Wallber Virgolino (PATRIOT): 10%, Ruy Carneiro (PSDB): 7%, Edilma Freire (PV): 5%, Raoni (DEM): 2%, Anísio Maia (PT): 1%, João Almeida (SOLIDARITY) : 1%, Blank / Null: 20%, Don’t know / No answer: 8%. Camilo Duarte (PCO), Carlos Monteiro (REDE), Pablo Honorato Nascimento (PSOL) and Rafael Freire (PSTU) had less than 1%. Rama Dantas (PSTU) was not mentioned.

The margin of error is 4 percentage points more or less, there were 602 voters in the city of João Pessoa on October 3 and 4. The identification number in the Electoral Tribunal: PB-07812/2020 and the confidence level used is 95%. This means that there is a 95% probability that the results reflect the current electoral moment, considering the margin of error.
