A China sent this Friday (13) congratulations to Joe biden for your choice as the 46th president of the United States, almost a week after the Democratic candidate’s victory was announced.

“We respect the choice of the American people. We send our congratulations to Biden and Harris,” said the spokesman for the Chinese Foreign Ministry., Wang Wenbin, also citing Vice President-elect Kamala Harris.
On Monday (9), Wenbin simply said: “We understand that the outcome of the US presidential elections will be determined in accordance with US laws and procedures.”
In 2016, Chinese President Xi Jinping congratulated US President Donald Trump the day after the elections.
But this year, Trump has yet to admit defeat. The Republican says without presenting evidence that there was fraud and tries to reverse the result in court.
