According to Via 040, vehicles parked at KM 599; the road is closed and with congestion lines
Two cars pressured two cars in a serious accident on BR-040, in Congonhas, in the central region of Minas Gerais, on Friday afternoon (6). One person died and three others were seriously injured in the accident. There is no detailed information on the victims yet.
According to Via 040, the vehicles were parked at KM 599. The Arcángel helicopter of the firefighters is heading to the place to help rescue the injured. Two people were attached to the hardware, one of whom did not resist.
The Via 040 Fire Department and crews are on site to assist the victims. The highway is completely closed in the direction of Rio de Janeiro and partially closed in the direction of Brasilia. There are already six kilometers of congestion towards Belo Horizonte and two towards Rio de Janeiro. There is no forecast to launch the track.
