The situation was repeated on the beaches of Leblon, Ipanema, Arpoador and Copacabana. The decree published by the municipal administration says that only individual sports are allowed until April 4, either on the sand or at sea.
For example, the practice of running and walking is authorized, with the use of a mask. Swimming and surfing are also allowed. Nevertheless, it is forbidden to sunbathe and the sea.
Leisure areas have also been prohibited on the beaches of the South Zone and Aterro do Flamengo, which traditionally take place on Sundays and holidays.

“The City Council continues to carry out its inspections, not only in the periphery, but throughout the city. Today, we have already carried out operations on several beaches in the city, with fines applied by those who evaded the decree ”.
