Caixa Econômica Federal continues with the schedule of payments of emergency aid of R $ 600. This Wednesday (22), the payments will be credited to an additional 7.2 million Brazilians: the lot includes 1.2 million beneficiaries of the Cadastro Único who does not receive Bolsa Família and 4.1 million registered through the application and the website. In addition, 1,924,261 beneficiaries of Bolsa Família will receive payments.
Until 8 in the morning on Tuesday R $ 16.3 billion had already been paid to 24.2 million Brazilians. Among those who already received the first installment of the benefit, there are 9.3 million registered Cadastro Únicos who do not receive Bolsa Família; 5.8 million beneficiaries of Bolsa Família; and 9.1 million registered through the application and the website.
Starting Thursday (23), the Caixa begins to pay the second installment of the benefit for workers who are in the Single Registry and do not receive Bolsa Família and for those who registered through the website and the application for Emergency Aid. Those who receive Bolsa Família follow the normal schedule of payment of benefits and will receive the second installment in the last ten business days of May. Workers face delays in receiving R $ 600 emergency aid
There are three different payment schedules:
- one for those who signed up for emergency help through application or program website;
- one second for beneficiaries who receive the Family scholarship;
- and a third for registered in the Single Registry who do not receive Bolsa Família and female heads of household.
For those who receive digital savings through Caixa, cash withdrawals will begin to be published from the 27th. However, before that, resources can be moved digitally (see the cash withdrawal schedule at the end of this article)

1. Subscribers to the application and the website.
- A first delivery for these beneficiaries it began to be paid on April 14. Payments are made within five business days after registration. This Tuesday (22), another 4.1 million will receive the benefit.
- A second delivery was advanced for this week, according to the calendar:

– April 24 for those born in March and April
– April 25 for those born in May and June

2. Beneficiaries of Bolsa Família
Beneficiaries of Bolsa Família will receive on the same dates and in the same way that they receive this benefit.
- A first delivery Emergency aid has already been paid to those whose last digit in the NIS equals 1, 2, or 3. The rest follow the calendar:
– Wednesday (22): 1,924,261 beneficiaries whose last digit in the NIS equals 4
– Thursday (23): 1,922,522 beneficiaries whose last digit in the NIS equals 5
– Friday (24): 1,919,453 beneficiaries whose last digit in the NIS equals 6
– Monday (27): 1,921,061 beneficiaries whose last digit in the NIS equals 7
– Tuesday (28): 1,917,991 beneficiaries whose last digit in the NIS equals 8
– Wednesday (29): 1,920,953 beneficiaries whose last digit in the NIS equals 9
– Thursday (30): 1,918,047 beneficiaries whose last digit in the NIS equals 0 - Second delivery: Last ten business days in May
- Third installment: Last ten business days in June
3. Registrants in the Single Registry who do not receive Bolsa Família

Caixa is automatically opening digital savings accounts for beneficiaries considered eligible for emergency assistance and who have no other bank account and are not beneficiaries of Bolsa Família.
Those who receive credit through the digital account can make unlimited transfers between Caixa accounts or make up to three transfers to other banks for free each month, for the next 90 days. In addition, they can pay bills and bills for water, electricity, telephone, among others. The account is exempt from fees.

Digital savings withdrawals
To avoid crowding at branches, Caixa has established a schedule for beneficiaries who wish to withdraw in cash the amount deposited in the digital savings open to workers:
- April 27 – born January and February
- April 28 – born March and April
- April 29 – born May and June
- April 30 – born July and August
- May 4 – born September and October
- May 5 – born in November and December
For three months, emergency assistance of R $ 600 will be granted to the worker who complies All these requirements:
- be over 18 years of age with regular CPF;
- not have a formal job;
- not have a social security or assistance benefit, beneficiary of unemployment insurance or federal income transfer program, with the exception of Bolsa Família;
- have a monthly family income of up to half a minimum wage per person (R $ 522.50) or a total monthly family income of up to three minimum wages (R $ 3,135);
- that, in 2018, did not receive taxable income above R $ 28,559.70 in 2018.
Aid will be reduced if non-compliance with these requirements is found. The worker must exercise activity on the condition that:
- individual microentrepreneur (MEI);
- individual taxpayer to the General Social Security Scheme who works for himself;
- employed, self-employed or unemployed informal worker
- blinking idle
- be registered in the Single Registry of the Federal Government for Social Programs (CadÚnico), until March 20, 2020
- or that you meet the monthly household income criteria mentioned above, as long as you make a self-declaration on the government website.
The woman who is the mother and head of the family and who meets the other criteria can receive R $ 1,200 (two installments) per month.
In the family income, all the income obtained by all the members who live in the same household will be considered, except the money from Bolsa Família.
Anyone who receives a benefit other than Bolsa Família (such as unemployment and retirement insurance) will not be entitled to emergency assistance.

The app and website should be used by workers who are individual microentrepreneurs (MEI), unregistered informal workers and individual INSS taxpayers.
Those who already receive Bolsa Família or who are registered in the Unified Registry (CadÚnico) do not need to register through the application or the website. Payment will be made automatically. (Click here to see how to know if you are in the Single Registry).
