Nor those who, as of December 31, 2019, have possession or ownership of goods or rights worth more than R $ 300 thousand. Brazilians residing abroad and prisoners in a closed regime cannot receive R $ 300 assistance either.

Whoever found a formal job, with a work contract, will not be able to receive the new fees, as well as whoever received any security or social assistance benefit. Women heads of households will receive two installments, that is, R $ 600 per installment. However, the female head of the household will be the only one in the family to receive assistance.
