Withdrawals of cycles 3 and 4

Cycles 3 and 4 withdrawals

Caixa Econômica Federal calls the cycle, each benefit calendar in which all beneficiaries, with the exception of Bolsa Família, receive at least one part, regardless of which one. For each pay cycle that Caixa performs, there are two schedules, in which all take into account the worker’s date of birth.

  • First calendar: the money is deposited in the Caixa digital savings bank, but it can only be managed through the Caixa Tem application for the payment of invoices and proof of payment and purchases by virtual card.
  • Second calendar: release of withdrawals at Caixa offices, lotteries or Caixa Aqui correspondents. It is also possible to transfer the balance to another account.

Caixa has already made deposits in savings accounts, the amounts for everyone, both in cycles 3 and 4. The withdrawal and transfer dates are the same in these two cycles. This means that it is possible to withdraw two installments at the same time.

Those who will be able to withdraw the values of these two cycles from today are those born in June. See the schedule below.

Payment to others

Workers registered in Bolsa Família and who have the right to receive emergency assistance in payment cycles.

Caixa calls each cycle a cycle in which the beneficiaries receive at least one part, regardless of which one.

The calendar follows the order of birthdays, beginning with those born in January and ending in December.

According to Caixa, there are two calendars for each payment cycle, both taking into account the beneficiary’s date of birth.

Cycles

The Government maintained the form of payment by cycles. To do this, the dates have been rearranged.

All beneficiaries receive a new installment (either R $ 600 or R $ 300), depending on the month of the beneficiary’s birthday.

Caixa has completed cycle 2, which has not changed. As of Cycle 3, which was modified, the beneficiaries who began to receive in April will have the deposit of the 6th installment, already with the amount reduced to R $ 300.

The cycles are not valid for those registered in Bolsa Família.

The R $ 300 grant has stricter rules

Among the requirements maintained, there is a minimum age of 18 years, except for teenage mothers. The income requirement remains: those with a per capita income of up to half the minimum wage or a total family income of up to three minimum wages are entitled to assistance.

However, there is a new criterion on income tax. In the first aid law, Brazilians who received more than R $ 28,559.70 in taxable income in 2018 were excluded. The value remains as a criterion for the new installments, but now the declaration on taxable income for 2019 is considered.

In 2019, those who received exempt, non-taxable or taxable income greater than R $ 40 thousand cannot receive the aid.

Also excluded are Brazilians who were placed in the income tax return for that year as a dependent as spouse, companion in which the taxpayer has a child, son or stepchild under 21 years old or under 24 years old enrolled in higher education. or high school technical education.

Nor those who, as of December 31, 2019, have possession or ownership of goods or rights worth more than R $ 300 thousand. Brazilians residing abroad and prisoners in a closed regime cannot receive aid of R $ 300 either.

Whoever found a formal job, with a work contract, will not be able to receive the new fees, as well as whoever received any social or welfare benefit. Women heads of households will receive two installments, that is, R $ 600 per installment. However, the female head of the household will be the only one in the family to receive assistance.

See below ten cases in which the beneficiary may not receive the new fees.

  1. Those who started a formal job, with a formal contract, while receiving emergency aid of R $ 600;
  2. Who receives social security or assistance benefits, unemployment insurance, or government cash transfer program. The exception is Bolsa Família;
