This Friday (27), Guilherme Boulos’s campaign warned that the PSDB intends to create a coordinated action with the aim of “creating negative events” against the MTST (Movement of Homeless Workers).
In a note, Josué Rocha affirmed that they will occupy areas and blame the social movement:
“People linked to the PSDB in the subprefectures will carry out, in the early hours of this Friday (27) to Saturday (28), the occupation of public areas in the city of São Paulo with the aim of generating negative events and attribute it to the MTST”.
The objective, according to him, is to “damage the campaign” of PSOL in São Paulo.
We clarify, in advance, that any eventual action of this nature has nothing to do with the movement and much less with the candidacy of Guilherme Boulos for the Municipality of São Paulo ”.
It should be remembered that yesterday (26), Covas used the mayor’s office to distribute baskets of basic food in the periphery, three days before the elections, so fearful of defeat at the polls.
“If the information received is confirmed, this shows a regrettable and desperate attitude on the part of some of our opponents,” added Josué Rocha.
This week, the city of SP was accused of distributing food baskets in a campaign event by Bruno Covas, showing the candidate’s profile and making it clear how the party is conducting the campaign in this final stretch of the 20th round.
