After all the confusion that will end Rita’s marriage to Zeca (Marco Pigossi), Ruy will bring the mermaid to Rio de Janeiro, but will keep her hidden in the beach house of his friend Amaro (Pedro Nercessian). What she did not expect is that Cibele would appear there and discover all her betrayal. Furious, she will take Rita to Rio de Janeiro and clean Ruy for her family.

The Garcias are surprised to learn that Ruy is having an affair with Rita and Joyce is already starting to put together. He takes the young woman to Heleninha’s (Totia Meireles) house and is already trying to buy a ticket to send the girl back to the North.

At this point in the championship, Rita, who is pregnant with Zeca, will have already told Ruy that the child she is expecting is hers. At Heleninha’s house, she will become close friends with Bibi (Juliana Paes), who will live with her family nearby. Her complicity is such that Ritinha tells her friend that she is pregnant.

Rita will discover Joyce’s plans and will run to Bibi’s house, who will welcome her friend with open arms. When Joyce goes there, accompanied by Eugênio (Dan Stulbach), Heleninha, Silvana (Lilia Cabral) and even Simone (Juliana Paiva), Bibi will prevent the girl from being taken:
“I’m not going to let anyone coward the girl, no. You respect the pregnant woman, ”says Rubinho’s wife.

Eugênio and Joyce will be surprised by the new information. Rita will still say that Ruy knew and wanted her to have the baby. The dondoca assembles the largest hut and it is Eugenio’s turn to act and assure the girl that nothing bad will happen to her.
