“Cascudo” for the long period that he has as a soccer coach, Autuori maintained his traditional serenity and took responsibility for the bad game and the result for himself. – In collective terms, we were not a team and we could not play. You don’t have to justify yourself with this or that. It has to be as clear, direct and objective as possible. And objectivity says that when a team doesn’t play as it should, it has a responsibility. Within that, I think we have already played some games without the Honda that we could play. I can name some of them. My concern is what happened with Bruno Nazário, because he is a player that being without him at the moment will not be easy.

I don’t need anyone to make me analyze this very clearly. Perhaps, if he were another coach with the same performance, he would no longer be here. I don’t see any difficulty in that and neither does Botafogo have to worry about anything. Here is not the figure of Paulo, the figure of the coach.

– My bet here in Botafogo is not solely and exclusively the team. It was and is also other things. Some of them I got with a lot of effort from the people who run the club, like the president and the committee. I saw your extraordinary effort trying to catch up on wages.
