On April 5 of that year, Lidiane was caught trying to subtract a blazer, a sweatshirt and two shirts, evaluated in the total of R $ 816, in the establishment located in Shopping Bourbon, in the capital of São Paulo.
He left some reserved clothing in the box and left the store saying he would come back for it later. When employees entered the locker room, they found that alarms had been removed from some garments.
Lidiane was located inside the mall with the clothes in her bag and when the security guards approached her, she said: “You can take me, it won’t go anywhere”. Was arrested on the spot.
In a testimony given at the police station, Lidiane claimed to have a “psychiatric and compulsive disorder” and that she stole her clothes after being “affected by a psychotic break”. He also said that he was not using the drugs to treat his disorders because he did not have the money to buy them.
She paid 450 R $ and was released. As the crime committed by Lidiane was of less offensive potential, she received the benefit of a conditional suspension of the process, which was filed in February 2019.
Aggressions and homophobia
Lidiane was filmed this Friday physically attacking and giving homophobic insults to two young people in a bakery in the West Zone of São Paulo.
“I hate fags”, “gays are the evil of the world, because they are all AIDS” and “only serve to spread diseases” were some of the insults he said.
“I had no intention of offending anyone. I felt cornered, I felt the victim of a situation from which I had no way out. I was aggressive and stupid, but I have nothing against homosexuals. I apologize, “he declared.
