Augusto Aras recommended to the STF to reject the direct action of unconstitutionality brought by the Network against the decision of the Rio Justice that gave Flávio Bolsonaro a privileged forum in the case of crackers.
In its opinion, the PGR said that the type of action used by the Network is not adequate to question the issue and, therefore, should be rejected by the Supreme Court without analyzing the merits. The action is under the report of Celso de Mello.
It is the second manifestation of the PGR in favor of the senator and son 01 of Jair Bolsonaro.
In a complaint filed at the STF by the Rio MP, the PGR also recommended rejection, which means maintaining Flávio’s privileged forum. This second case is in charge of Gilmar Mendes.
