Mi 10 Youth Edition will have a camera with an image multiplier effect

Xiaomi will launch another smartphone to compose the Mi 10 line. The Mi 10 Youth Edition (or Mi 10 Lite, as it is also known) will be presented on April 27 with the new MIUI 12 interface, in China, and will bring some photography resources that until now are not present in the main models of the brand.

According to the teasers published by Xiaomi this Friday (24), one of the resources is the so-called “Multiplicity Photography” (or multiplicity photography, in free translation), which, as its name indicates, is a multiplication technique that allows positioning the photographed object in different places in the same image. Users will be able to make and edit through the camera application.

Another new feature of the Mi 10 Youth Edition is the “Burst Mode” video feature, which will allow users to record videos with visual effects, something similar to what was seen in the movie. Regarding the display, the smartphone will be equipped with a 6.57-inch OLED panel, an on-screen digital reader, and a perforation design to accommodate a 16 MP front camera.

The new photography features of the Mi 10 Youth Edition are not expected to be exclusive as MIUI 12 will be available for other models. Although it is not confirmed, we will possibly see the news both in intermediaries and in other brands.
