THE PIS / Pasep it has already been credited to the bill of millions of formal workers and civil servants who worked between 1971 and 1988. This benefit retroactive, whose average value is R $ 1,760 per person, is already released to be withdrawn by those who have the right to it.
Those who have not yet withdrawn their fees should seek the bank responsible for paying the benefit. Public servants entitled to Pasep receive from Banco do Brasil, while formal workers receive PIS from Caixa Econômica Federal.
Who is entitled to retroactive PIS / Pasep?
All those workers who have registered until 04/10/88 and have not yet withdrawn their quotas will be able to withdraw the retroactive amount. If the beneficiary has already passed away, his dependents can request the withdrawal. In this situation, they must present the following documents:
- If you are a public servant: certificate of employability of the entity;
- Judicial license of the legal representative indicating the PIS of the benefit;
- Identity card of the representative;
- Public Deed of Inventory (Judicial or Extrajudicial);
- If there is consensus among the heirs, the valuation of the balance will not require inventory, delivery or judicial authorization. It will only be necessary for everyone to authorize the withdrawal in writing and declare that there are no other known successors.
How to withdraw retroactive
Workers or dependents entitled to PIS who are already Caixa account holders only need to wait for the release by the state bank. After that, all you have to do is withdraw your money at a bank branch, lottery shop, ATM or Caixa Aqui correspondent.
If the amount of the benefit exceeds R $ 3,000, the withdrawal can only be made at a bank branch, upon presentation of an identification document with a photograph.
Public servants, for their part, may withdraw the appropriate benefit from their checking or savings account at BB’s ATMs or have the amount credited to their payroll (Pasep FOPAG).
