However, it is already known that the 14 million beneficiaries of Bolsa Família will receive the new round of emergency aid.

The new emergency aid is expected to start paying its four installments from March. There is still no defined amount, however, the economic team wants the value to be between R $ 200 and R $ 250.00. Meanwhile, the Federal Government continues to discuss how to raise funds to cover the new round of payments.

The selection will reduce the number of attendees last year, from 68 million, only 40 million will be contemplated in 2021.

Because of the comb, millions of people will be left without emergency help. Last year, in April, emergency aid began with installments of R $ 600, followed by an extension in the amount of R $ 300. In 2020, 65 million Brazilians benefited.

By 2021, the expectation is that only 40 million Brazilians will receive the installments that should begin to be paid in March.

The Secretariat of Digital Government and the Secretariat of Labor and Social Welfare served as the basis for the comparison of 11 databases to verify the situation of the beneficiaries. Soon, the new tool will be used for job and income distribution programs.

If there is any information in the government data cross that goes against the rules of the new extension, beneficiaries who received it last year may be left out of the new extension.

The rule will also be maintained that people who are working with a formal contract, or who receive benefits from government social programs, will not be entitled to emergency assistance.
