Orange and red: see what the quarantine is like in Ribeirão – daily life

This Friday (22) the State Government updated the phases and rules of the São Paulo Plan. The Ribeirão Preto region, made up of 26 cities, will be divided between the red and orange phases.

All the measures announced this Friday (22) will come into force next Monday (25). See below for details of the situation in the region.

Look at the rules:
– On weekdays, between 6 a.m. and 8 p.m., the Ribeirão Preto region follows the rules of the orange phase.
– Every day, at night (from 20 to 6 in the morning), the Ribeirão Preto region follows the rules of the red phase
– On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays the Ribeirão Preto region follows the rules of the red phase

Rules of the orange phase:
– Bars cannot be opened
– All other sectors can operate at 40% of their capacity, up to 8 hours a day and with mandatory closure at 8 pm
– Public parks can work

Rules of the red stage:
– Only essential activities can work
– The consumption of food at the point of sale is prohibited.
– Essential activities: pharmacies, supermarkets, bakeries, butchers, gas stations, laundries, public transport, vehicle workshops, religious activities, hotels, banks, opticians, pet stores and hospitals
