Coordinated by the Secretariat for Social and Productive Inclusion of the Ministry of Social Development (MDS), and through public and private alliances, Progredir works jointly and integrated in three areas:

Job intermediation

  • Cross-verification of candidate profiles and vacancies offered by partner companies
  • Referral to the labor market

Professional qualification

Professional courses:

    • 1 million vacancies in Pronatec Voluntary Offer courses
    • Online tool for locating Professional Technology Centers to support access to professional training courses

Financial education:

    • Financial education workshops for more than 100,000 families

Digital inclusion:

    • Online telecentre location tool to support access to digital inclusion courses
    • Scholarships for digital inclusion agents
  • Entrepreneurship

    • Incentives for the granting of up to R $ 3 billion annually in microcredit to families from the Single Registry to invest in small businesses
    • Technical assistance and financial inclusion for freelancers registered in the Single Registry

According to the Ministry of Social Development, the expectation is that the resources will benefit around 1.5 million people. Until May, R $ 3.3 billion were released and used by this public, starting their own business and generating income.
