A helicopter crashed in a private area in the Riviera da Barra neighborhood, in Vila Velha, this Wednesday morning (6). The accident happened around 10:30 am. Two people died, pilot and passenger.
The pilot was accompanied by his girlfriend. According to relatives, the couple was returning from Guarapari when the accident occurred. It is not yet known what caused the accident.
According to the Fire Department, which was also called to the scene, the pilot of the aircraft and his girlfriend had a cardiorespiratory arrest, they were treated by Samu, but they could not resist. There was no fire and the victims were not connected to the hardware.
According to Captain Pedroni of the Fire Department, it is not yet known what caused the helicopter crash. “Only aeronautical experience will be able to tell what caused the accident,” he said.
