The result of the experience is decisive to elucidate the death of a girl, only 10 months old, occurred last Friday (01/01), in the city of Vrzea da Palma, in the north of Minas Gerais. The boy was taken by his mother, boyfriend and maternal uncle to the Municipal Hospital and Emergency Room of the town, but died after arriving at the place. Rape is suspected and the main suspect is the mother’s boyfriend.
This instant, the nurses detected bleeding and wounds in the naked region. About 40 minutes later, the boy died. With the arrival of the prime minister, the story began to surface.
According to her mother, around 8 p.m. her boyfriend, a 25-year-old man whom she recently met, arrived at her house. His brother had gone out to spend New Years with his girlfriend.
The two of them went to their room. They drank beer and then had sex. The boy, according to the mother’s report, was in bed with both of them the entire time. But she says the baby was not touched by her boyfriend.
The PM had difficulty finding her boyfriend, because her mother did not know where he lived, since the relationship was recent. The man confirmed to police the story told by his girlfriend that they had drunk beer and had sex. He left the house around 11 p.m. on the 31st.
The boy’s uncle told police that he had gone to Pirapora to celebrate New Year’s Eve with his girlfriend. They returned around 4 a.m. and entered the house and went to their uncle’s room. When they were there, the boy’s mother knocked on the door asking for help because the boy would be sick.
The case was registered at the Pirapora police station by Chief Zio Viana, who is referring the case to the Vrzea da Palma police station. The forensics were in the hospital and it was also the house where what the police classify as rape would have happened.
