An amount of almost R $ 8 billion has already been credited to the digital social savings accounts and has not been moved, they will return to the FGTS with the amounts duly corrected. The worker who could not withdraw on time and still wants to withdraw the money, must request the withdrawal through FGTS application.
Anyone who requests it will have the balance returned to the worker’s digital account, the same account that Caixa automatically opened for all beneficiaries. The amount will be available for processing through the Caixa Tem application.
The total amount to be released from FGTS will be released for electronic transactions, cash withdrawals or transfers, free of charge, to other accounts. The amount will be maintained up to R $ 1,045, regardless of the sum of the balances of all active or inactive accounts with a FGTS balance.
I have not yet received a withdrawal from the FGTS of up to R $ 1,045. What to do?
If the worker has not yet made an emergency withdrawal from the FGTS, it will be necessary to update the registration data. To do this, workers who have not yet received it must access the FGTS application, complete the registration data and request the withdrawal of the amounts, which will be credited to the digital social savings account. The amount and date of the credit will be reported below.

- In the option “Emergency Exit FGTS”, click on “Access here”
- On the next page, enter your CPF or NIS / PIS / Pasep and click “I am not a robot” and then “Continue”
- Enter your Internet password and go to “Continue”; If you do not have your password or forgot it, click on “Register or forgot password?”
- If you wish, enter your cell phone number to receive alerts and information about your FGTS
- Then go to “Continue”
- The values to which you are entitled will appear, from the oldest to the most recent company; click “Continue”
- You will be informed how the money will be released.
