Liverpool manager Jürgen Klopp said he saw no reason for Mohamed Salah to leave the club. In recent weeks, there has been speculation in the English press that the Egyptian forward would be unhappy with the Reds. The player even said in an interview with the Spanish newspaper “AS” that he admired Real Madrid and Barcelona, fueling even more speculation.
– The only reason to leave Liverpool at the moment is the weather. What would the other be? – questioned, ironically, Klopp, during a press conference.
– We are one of the biggest clubs in the world, we pay well, we have a sensational stadium and a wonderful crowd – Klopp noted, recalling that Salah has a contract with the Reds until June 2023.

However, the German coach has hinted that he will not hold on to the Egyptian, the Premier League’s top scorer with 13 goals if he does decide to leave Liverpool.
– We can’t force anyone to stay … I just wanted to understand why someone would like to leave.
