The businessman has his passport withheld by the courts and cannot contact the 14 alleged victims. Klein defends himself, through his lawyer André Boiani y Azevedo, stating that he was a “sugar daddy”, a term that designates older men who have the fetish of financially supporting younger women in exchange for affection and / or relationships. sexual.
According to the defense, the businessman hired a company to organize women for his parties and he is being “the victim of an elaborate extortion plan after the hiring of her ceases.”
“Consensual relationships enshrined in accordance with the rules of the recognized relationship ‘sugar’ were effectively practiced by Mr. Saul Klein. The repetitive frequency of the models, who freely attended Mr. Saul Klein’s events for months or years, constitutes an evident proof of consent of the relationships, which became conflictive exclusively in the fraudulent version made known to the Public Ministry, all due to indisputable patrimonial interests that will surely be brought to light during the course of the police investigation, “says one note sent to report.
The women report that they were subjected to weight control, pressured by third parties to perform cosmetic procedures and have sex with Klein, always without using condoms, for a remuneration of R $ 3,000 to R $ 4,000 per week.
The routine was supplemented with a series of special requirements, such as piano lessons, ballet, debates and even theatrical performances of the films contained in the DVDs. The report found that at least two women who attended the Klein residence had health problems and psychological disorders.
At least three girls signed contracts for R $ 800,000, committing to remain silent. The businessman claimed in court that one of the agreements was closed without his authorization and he was able to prove, through expert opinion, that his signature was false. The others were reportedly signed under threat of disclosure of intimate photos.
