According to the report, at least six clandestine parties took place in the capital of São Paulo.

As determined by the João Doria government, temporarily due to the New Year celebrations, the entire state of São Paulo entered the red phase of the SP Plan between December 25 and 27, and again between December 1 and on January 3.
