Minister Gilmar Mendes, of the STF (Supreme Federal Court), determined, on Friday (18), the release of the doleiro Chaaya Moghrabi, Arrested the same day in Angra dos Reis (RJ).
Moghrabi is one of those denounced for the Câmbio Desligo operation. The arrest of the money changer had been dictated by Judge Caroline Vieira, of the 7th Federal Criminal Court.
