Amrica beats Figueirense by turning and remains at the top of Serie B

OR America achieved the fourth consecutive victory in the Series B of the Brazilian Championship with a 2 to 1 victory over the Figueirense, this Thursday, at the Orlando Scarpelli Stadium, in Florianpolis, for round 29. The result leaves the miners two points behind the leader Chapecoense.

The American goals were scored by Rodolfo and Ademir. Matheus Neris shook the nets in favor of the hosts. The victory made Coelho isolate himself in the vice-direction, with 56 points. Verdo do Oeste leads the competition with 58. Figueira, in turn, remains in 16th place, with 31.

In the next round, America will have a direct showdown at the end of the table. Miners will receive the Chapecoense, this Sunday, at 4pm, in IndependĂȘncia, for the 30th day. That same day, Figueira faced the Guarani, at 6.15pm, at the Brinco de Ouro Estdio, in Campinas.
