A Sony interactive entertainment confirmed that you are deleting the game Cyberpunk 2077 gives PlatyStation Store. Along with this, the company announced that it intends to reimburse players who felt injured with the purchase.
At press time, it’s unclear for how long Sony will offer a refund or when the game will return to the PlayStation Store. Check out the official announcement:
“SIE strives to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, which is why we will begin offering a full refund to all players who have purchased Cyberpunk 2077 through the PlayStation Store. SIE will also remove Cyberpunk 2077 from the PlayStation Store until further notice. Once we have confirmation that you have purchased Cyberpunk 2077 through the PlayStation Store, we will begin processing your refund. Please note that the completion of the refund may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution. “
Since the launch of Cyberpunk 2077, the game has been a headache for PlayStation customers as players reported bugs related to graphics and crashes.
